If you are considering making repairs and want to get an idea what might help your house sell easier, then an Open house would give you the opportunity to get house hunters to stop by and comment on what they like and what they don?t. The other reason to have a real estate open house would be an opportunity to meet your neighbors?. This is a joke, I hope if you have been living in your house for more than six months that you would have had a chance to meet your neighbors by now. Seriously speaking, who really stop by an open house but nosey neighbors who are probably considering selling themselves? Hey, if you have an open house you just might get a buyer to walk in and make an offer. |
